There has been a lot of 20/20 hindsight and shape-shifting happening behind the scenes over here with Kelsey (that’s me!), and I am currently on the wild journey of prioritizing myself (with the help of 75 Hard) –and I’ve decided to share my lessons learned with you today!

Yep, we’re talking mental toughness, mapping out what’s important to you, communicating with your loved ones, listening to your body and mind, and so MUCH more.

This episode is a bit more personal but 100% still relevant to business owners or anyone else who feels like they are dropping the ball on themselves!

My hope to you listening to this episode is that you understand the importance of taking care of yourself and making yourself a priority.
